The Dashalier is a dashing, social, and playful hybrid. This breed was developed by crossbreeding the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the Dachshund. The Dashalier makes for a  great family companion with both children and other pets. With early socialization and training, this breed will easily make new friends wherever they go.  They require a moderate amount of exercise to stay mentally and physically stimulated, making them great dogs for apartment living. Most Dashaliers often have a long body, silky fur on their ears, and wide, expressive eyes. They can have a short smooth coat or a soft medium length coat, but some can even have wirehair due to their Dachshund heritage.
